MEET THE CAST

Brent Hale is a performer, director, and storyteller with decades of stage and screen experience. Trained at McLennan College and Texas Wesleyan University, he has appeared with The Food Network and NWA Alive, directed acclaimed productions, and co-founded The Understudies.

Stephen Eyre is a drama teacher and performer passionate about comedy and live theatre. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, he performs at Texas Star Dinner Theater and values storytelling, education, and collaboration. Stephen is a founding member of The Understudies.

Elisabeth Sloan is a performer with over 25 years in theatre and musical performance, plus experience in improv, composition, and creative producing. A musician and writer with a background in historical studies and cultural anthropology, she is also a founding member of The Understudies.

Moses Forge is a Dallas-based comedian, improviser, and host performing across DFW and internationally. With experience in stand-up, short and long form improv, and teaching, he has appeared in over 100 shows and thrives both on stage and in the classroom.

Richie Lunsford is a Fort Worth–based improviser, actor, and instructor with over a decade in comedy. A former performer at Four Day Weekend, he now performs and teaches across North Texas, with training from UCB and The Second City. Richie is a founding member of The Understudies.

Brandon Enriquez is a Dallas-based performer, producer, improviser, comedian, and corporate trainer with over twenty years of experience. Trained in Toronto and Dallas, he performs nationally with Science Heroes, leads improv workshops, and is a founding member of The Understudies.

Michael Heathen is a performer working in sketch, film, stand-up, and live comedy. Creator of Sketchy Guys, he combines grounded character work with sharp comedic rhythm shaped by his experience as a touring recording artist and stand-up comedian. Michael is a founding member of The Understudies.

Megan Padgett is our amazing house manager making certain all things run smoothly so that laughs can abound.  Megan is no stranger to improv herself, having performed at the Dallas Comedy Club Jams.  Megan is a founding member of The Understudies

Will Hale is the man behind the scenes.  Making sure all things sound, lighting & video go off without a hitch.  He is a talented musician and welder, but oddly enough is not into heavy metal.  Will is a founding member of The Understudies.
